On behalf of the National Metrology Centre, Agency for Science, Research and Technology (NMC, A*STAR), it gives us great pleasure to invite you to the CIPM-CCL Working Group Meetings in Singapore from 10 to11 Jun 2010.
To ensure that your visit to Singapore to be fruitful and enjoyable, we have planned a series of activities for you before and during the meetings.
A symposium on “Challenges for Nano-scale Measurement in Materials Science and Manufacturing Technology”, one of the main highlight, will be held on 8 Jun 2010 in conjunction with the meetings. The symposium is supported by IMRE, SIMTech, NTU, NUS and OPSS. It will provide a very unique platform for interaction between local and overseas experts in the field of metrology, material science and manufacturing technology.
We have also arranged a one day technical tour on 9 Jun 2010 to share with you the metrology and research activities in Singapore. This includes NMC, IMRE, SIMTech and FusionWorld. The visit to FusionWorld will give you an overview of the key technologies developed by the different research institutes of A*STAR.
